Eligibility

  • Must be a member of the Society.
  • Members who are over 18 years of age are eligible for Hospitalization Benefits.
  • New members shall be eligible for benefits only after 6 months of membership with the Society.

Amount of Benefit

  • Under the Hospitalization Benefit, the Society shall pay a member who is hospitalized in any registered hospital in Singapore a sum of $30.00 per day of hospitalization. The maximum claim shall be up to 15 days in a calendar year.

Proof of Claim

  • The Hospitalization Claims should be made within one month of being discharged from the hospital.
  • As proof of hospitalization the member should enclose the Hospital Bill together with the Hospitalization Claim Form.
