Applications are invited for the Sinnathamby Memorial Educational Awards for the year 2008 for members’ children. The application forms will be available from 15th February 2008.
Members’ children who are eligible for the awards are requested send in the applications on prescribed form on or before 30th April 2008.
Children who are in receipt of any bursary/educational awards from other organizations are not eligible to apply for the awards.
Applicants who are waiting for admission to NUS, NTU, SMU and Polytechnics should forward their application to the Society before the closing date and upon confirmation of their admission, a photocopy of such letters of confirmation should reach the Society not later than 30th June 2008.
The Society’s decision for the awards shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained.

Members’ children who have passed and are in the Special, Express, Technical and Normal Streams in the year 2008
C) Bursary Award
GCE “O” Level
$150.00
Members’ children who qualify to sit for “O” Level in the year 2008
Members’ children who have passed Sec. 4 and are admitted to Pre-U, Polytechnics in the year 2008
E) Bursary Awards
University Level
$1,000.00
Members’ children who have been accepted to study in the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University or Singapore Management University in the year 2008
